Finishing The Outsiders

Hey guys! So today I finished The Outsiders and let me tell you, it was an amazing book, one of my favorites I have ever read. So a lot happened in The Outsiders. It went from happiness to tears within the few chapters. If I were you I would recommend reading The Outsiders. From the last time I blogged about this book I was on chapter 5 or 6 but since then I started reading The Outsiders once I got on spring break. I started at chapter 7 and let me tell you, from then on was very sad because two characters from the book named Dally and Johnny died, which was really upsetting. If you don't know the book has only 12 chapters, but the chapters aren't short except for chapter 11 that only took me like 10 minutes to read. Anyways once the young man Johnny died, tragedies happened. Dally then dies by getting shot and Ponyboy started to fail school and was depressed over the loss of his friends. I personally didn't like to read but once I read this book it opened my eyes and I soon liked to read all because of one amazing book called the Outsiders. For all the kids and young children out there who read my blogs, let me give you a tip, don't be a person who doesn't like to read. Be a person who loves reading and opening a book that brings excitement and happiness to you. I noticed that when I was younger I only didn't like to read because when I first opened a book and read it, I thought it was boring and then I use hear my friends talk about the book and it sounded so interesting and I would say I read the book not knowing that all the excitement of the book was a few chapters away from the beginning. So like always said, don't judge a book by its cover cause you never know what's inside. Talk to you next time. Bye!
