Don't stress

Hey guys! So today I wanted to write a blog saying that it's okay to get stressed out but sometimes that's not the best option. It can turn you around, stressing out about small things sometimes is okay but it's not because it's a small thing that you're getting stressed out about. Stressing out a lot causes you to get like anxiety and you start to panic about everything. I've had times where there are tests at school or I'm in a personal problem and I get so stressed out that I can't think anymore my mind goes blank. It's okay to get stressed out, there is no problem with it but you get anxiety and it's not the best thing, you start to worry about everything. I personally have low self-confidence and low esteem so I have this weird thing where when I'm at school and I take a test I always say I will do bad and then I do good or even sometimes I take a test and I'm just like I'm pretty sure I got an F but I got an A or a B. So don't get stressed out and don't stress about everything, things do work out. I wanted you to know that if you're in a situation where you're worrying about stuff just calm down, don't stress over it, let it be. I do this every day and it's not just because I go to school it's because of other things too. I stress for everything even if it's a little thing that it can be taken care of. When i stress my mind is in la-la land so I'm here to tell you guys that whenever you're stressed out count to 10 and breathe slowly and say everything is going to be alright.
